I have the July/August 2006 version of Clasp32 software--Do I have all of the Quantum Upgrade (QUC) changes?

I have a new device--Do I have all of the Quantum Upgrade (QUC) changes?
No, in both cases, you only have the first 2,500 changes (Feb 2004 through March 2005) that were provided to inventor Prof. Bill Nelson through our negotiated arrangement. You must purchase the Quantum Upgrade to obtain the most current QUC (July 2007).

Can the Quantum Upgrade be used with either the QXCI the SCIO?
Yes. The Clasp32 software AND the Quantum Upgrade can both be used with either model of the device

Will it matter what version of the Clasp32 software we are using (e.g. 4-4, 7-7, etc)--to use the Quantum Upgrade?
No. The Quantum Upgrade will work with any version of the Clasp32 released after April 2004. If you are using a version of Clasp32 prior to April 2004, then you should upgrade to a more current version before uploading the Quantum Upgrade.

How much does it cost to purchase the Quantum Upgrade
The price is $299.00 USD if purchased by: personal check or $310.00 USD if purchased through PayPal

Is the Quantum Upgrade installed just like any other software program?
Yes. Loading instructions are mailed along with the disk for those who purchase the Quantum Upgrade. The loading instructions *.pdf file is also available on the Quantum Upgrade website at: http://quantumupgrade.com/docs/load.pdf

Why aren't all of the incredible Quantum Upgrade additions, corrections and changes incorporated into the Clasp32 software that we get for free from the manufacture??
Perhaps, one day, with enough device owners around the world approaching the manufacture with their satisfied comments, an amenable agreement can be reached for a just compensation for the thousands of hours of research and rekeying. At this point, just "resonate" at GRATITUDE & JOY (pvf 500) [smile] that the Quantum Upgrade is available and that the inventor approves of its sale to you!!

I lost my Quantum Upgrade disk--can you please send me another one?
I am sorry that you lost the disk!! But, if you buy any computer software and then lose it, the company that you bought it from is under zero obligation to replace it for you--at any price!! Contact me via email and I will send you a PayPal bill for a replacement disk for $79.00 USD. The disk will be mailed once the monies are deposited.

Is the Quantum Upgrade copyrighted?
Yes, it is copyrighted, and I retain all my legal rights and available remedies for copyright/intellectual property infringement. Quantum Upgrade is thus subject to all national and international copyright and Intellectual property laws, treaties, etc. Copying the disk, distributing the software to another person who has not purchased it are both unlawful acts. Such non-integrous acts are subject to both civil and criminal charges being filed. Karmic implications also ensue...

I have repeatedly emailed Quantum Upgrade at the email listed on the Contact page, but have never received any response, "what's up with that?"
Every email received is promptly responded to, usually within three days or less. Please be sure that replies are not blocked at your end!! Immediately add the Quantum Upgrade email address to your address book, make sure that is marked as a "safe" or "trusted" source so that my replies to your emails do not go into your "junk", "spam", "blocked" or "deleted" folders. Typically, if I get repeat emails from someone, claiming that I had not responded, their computer is blocking them from receiving my replies. When I send the same email from a different email address--it frequently goes through. Be sure to check this...because I want you to receive replies as promptly as I provide them!!

When we get the NEW upgraded Clasp32, will your Quantum Upgrades still apply or will we have to buy another of your Quantum Upgrades due to "bugs" in the new upgraded Clasp32?

What happens when we update our Clasp32 program? Do we lose the Quantum Upgrade?
Once the manufacture releases a new Clasp32 version, I first review every new Main Test Matrix line entry that they added, to correct any absent subfile markers/sarcodes, misspelled words, etc. I then prepare and distribute a new Quantum Upgrade that will incorporate newly added Main Test Matrix line items with my changes to anyone who has purchased the Quantum Upgrade. When you buy the Quantum Upgrade, you will receive a total of 4 (four) QUC updates, as they are available.

Are the new versions of Quantum Upgrade always released to coincide with the releases from Hungary, or do you release when you have accumulated on your own time schedule?
A new Quantum Upgrade release is always released to coincide with the release from Hungary. It is also released when I have accumulated massive numbers of changes (and massive changes are made nearly every day!!) The latest version of Clasp32 is July/August 2006. Quantum Upgrade versions included July 2006, Sept 2006 and July 2007. New versions of both the Clasp32 and the Quantum Upgrade are to be released imminently--August 2008???

Can we still add on our own "products" to the main test matrix when using the Quantum Upgrade?
Yes. When you get and then load a new Clasp32 version, all items in your Main Test Matrix, including the Quantum Upgrade and all of your personally added items are overwritten by the new Clasp32. Load the Clasp32 software program first, then load the Quantum Upgrade, then reload all of your personally added items. Contact Kathy Blair if you wish to discuss making your own personal matrix to include all of the Quantum Upgrade items and the items that you personally loaded. There is a nominal fee for this extra service, and many have taken advantage of this option.

If I already have the Quantum Upgrade, how will I know when a new Quantum Upgrade is available, and how do I then get it?

How many free updates do you get when you purchase the Quantum Upgrade, and are they shipped automatically?

Every Quantum Upgrade purchase is tracked, as to buyer and date of purchase. Buying the Quantum Upgrade entitles you to a total of 4 (four) updates, including the first one. A notice will appear on the Quantum Upgrade website at http://www.quantumupgrade.com when new versions are available. The latest version will be automatically mailed to those who purchase the Quantum Upgrade.

I received a complimentary Quantum Upgrade, will I get free updates?
Congratulations!! What an incredible gift!! [smile]. No, sorry, the complimentary gift Quantum Upgrade does not entitle you to subsequent updates. Should you decide to obtain future updates, you will need to purchase the next available version, then you will receive 4 (four) free updates, including the first paid one.

Are there problems in mailing the Quantum Upgrade to other countries outside the United States?

Are there problems with Canadian customs?
No. The Quantum Upgrade has been successfully mailed to over 20 countries, around the world, and, to date, there have zero issues with clearing customs in any of these countries. It does take additional time to "clear customs" to any countries, outside the United States, but all mailings successfully reach the Quantum Upgrade buyers.

Can I use both the Quantum Upgrade and Gage Tarrant's matrix project?
No, you may not use both at the same time. When you load either one, the one that you had previously loaded will be replaced.

Does the Quauntum Upgrade include Gage Tarrant's work with Human Growth and Development?
Kathy worked with Gage in March 2006, and all Quantum Upgrade versions released after that (July 2006, September 2006, July 2007) have included those additions. These additions are described in the Quantum Upgrade manual.

Does the Quantum Upgrade affect the number of items in the Main Test Matrix?
No. New items are not added by the Quantum Upgrade--the QUC provides corrections, enhancements, entry consistency, absent subfile markers, absent sarcodes--but not brand new line items..

Would you consider adding a particular "brand" or "line" of products, eg. Young Living Essential Oils, Pacific Essences (similar to Flower Essences).
Any requests for additions to the Main Test Matrix must be discussed/negotiated directly with the inventor/manufacture. Kathy Blair does not add any new items to the software. Young Living Essential Oils were added to the Clasp32 by the manufacture and these items will appear in the next Clasp32 as well as in the next Quantum Upgrade (both due out in August 2008???)

What is the sign/symbol for "minerals" in the matrix?
"Minerals" was not assigned a sign/symbol, consult the 16 page Quantum Upgrade Manual *.doc for further information about this. Search for minerals in the matrix by clicking on the "Minerals" subfile button. Not all mineral entries were correctly encoded, so they will not all appear in your search results. This error in encoding minerals was corrected and is available to you when you purchase the Quantum Upgrade.

Please discuss the value of using "remed" as a subfile.
To obtain search results for all Main Test Matrix line item entries that have "remed", simply perform a search for "remed"; your search results will include every entry that has these letters (remedy & remedies). Realize that not all remedy/remedies line items in the matrix have the letters "remed" in them--your search results will only provide you with entries that have these letters in the entry.

What about searching and isolating neurons associated with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) or Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS)?
Searching for and isolating neurons is currently not available with the Clasp32 software. When you purchase the Quantum Upgrade, you may search for: n[space]sarcode to isolate all nerves in general, Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS). Expanded entries are available for all of these when you purchase and use the Quantum Upgrade.

Considering that so many people have adrenal fatigue, is this covered as a "specialty" listing to pull it forward?
No speciality listing has been made for adrenal fatigue in the Clasp32 software. A general search for "adrenal" can be made to find related entries. This issue will be examined and may be addressed in a future version of the Quantum Upgrade..

Are there any "abuse" issues covered in the search, eg., sexual abuse, incest, physcial abuse, or just abuse?
A general search for "abuse" can be made to find related entries. All issues relating to "sex...." have been modified in the Quantum Upgrade--perform a general search for "sex" to locate all related items.

Is there a setting for "pain"
A general search for "pain" can be made to find related entries. It is noted that every occurrence of the term "pian" (Chinese herbal medicine entries) was misspelled as "pain"--corrections of these errors are available to you when you purchase the Quantum Upgrade.

There is no "subfile" button for Chakras--Can you search for the chakras?
Yes. Chakras were spelled/misspelled about seven different ways. With the Quantum Upgrade, all spelling was standardized to "Chakra", and each now has its number (one through seven) and "Base", "Crown", etc. Access, download and printout the 16 page Quantum Upgrade Manual *.doc for further information.

Is there anything like that for resonant frequency pattern to increase its score?
Sorry, but I did not understand that question....

How do you get the Matrix Line item to show up next to items in the Info box?
All Matrix Line item entries are being modified to include the item numbers right next to the item name--many entries have already been modified. These additions will be available to you when you purchase the Quantum Upgrade. When complete, every Main Test Matrix line item, and thus all the "yellow strips" will bear the item number, making working with them much faster and easier. This requires rekeying every single one of the 11,000+ line entries. Patience is a virtue....[smile]

Can you please explain the use of the "emotions" subfile, versus searching for "emotion" using the Quantum Upgrade?
When you click the "emotions" subfile button, you get a lot of entries that are NOT emotions, because the button was not programmed to look for the word "emotion"!! There are over 1,260 words and twice that many lines that imply or are emotions. When complete each one will have the word "emotion" on the line, and where applicable, it will also have the Power vs. Force (Dr. David Hawkins) map of human consciousness number beside it. These additions will be available to you when you purchase the Quantum Upgrade and will allow you to search specifically for "emotion", with much more accurate results than using the subfile button. Do Kathy's Quantum Upgrade additions to worms, viruses, bacteria, fungi, etc. improve the accuracy of the Nosodes information in the homotoxicology screen? Will that help in choosing an appropriate homeopathic remedy?
Yes!! As every part of the Clasp32 program "pulls" its information from the Main Test Matrix, all corrections, changes, amendments provided in the Quantum Upgrade make ALL of the other therapies and programs faster and more accurate

How might a practitioner work with Attention Deficit Disorders with the Quantum Upgrade?
ADD is a multifaceted issue and appropriate Main Test Matrix in the Quantum Upgrade are "tagged" for faster and more accurate work. This is also true for many disorders found in the matrix (Epilepsy, Parkinsons, Multiple Sclerosis, amongst many others).
